Dr. Roscoe F. Morton, M.D., FACP
Dr. Morton is a native of Arkansas City, Kansas where he was born September 25, 1949. His father was a physician and his brother practices medicine in West Texas. Dr. Morton joined Drs. Buroker and Shreck in June 1981 in the newly formed group Medical Oncology and Hematology Associates. In his leisure time Dr. Morton is an avid summer and fall fly fisherman who enjoys the mountain trout steams in Colorado. He also enjoys hiking in the mountains and when the snow falls, the passion turns to downhill skiing. Dr. Morton has been an elder in his church, and together with his wife they have led Adult Education. He has also served as assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 48 and accompanied two groups of scouts and adults to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. Dr. Morton and his wife have a daughter who is a high school teacher and a son who is a budding economist.
